Spanish omelette with peas, potatoes and eggs, served with bread and salad.
Ingredients:
2 boiled potatoes
1 tomato cut into cubes
2 fresh bell peppers, sliced
1 onion sliced
2 m-k peas
4 eggs
3 m-k flour
Salt + pepper to taste
frying oil
Method:
All ingredients are mixed together
Then add eggs and mix well
Then put the oil in the frying pan and put it on the fire until it gets hot
Then add the mixture to it and stir well until browned
Serve the Spanish omelette, garnished with parsley
