Ingredients:

900g fish fillet
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons Velor Powdered Milk
½ tablespoon starch
1 cup chicken, fish or vegetable broth
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon green coriander, chopped

How to prepare:


1. To season the fish: In a glass tray, mix lemon, garlic, salt and pepper.
2. Wash and dry the fish. Slice it to your liking and marinate for 30 minutes or more.

3. In a juicer mixer, mix powdered milk, starch and broth.
4. In a frying pan on the stove, heat the oil and butter. Fry the fish pieces on both sides in batches until you finish the whole quantity. Return all the pieces to the skillet with the broth mixture, milk, lemon zest and the rest of the fish seasoning. Leave it on a low heat, stirring carefully, until the sauce thickens a little.
5. Add green coriander, stir a little, then remove from heat. Don't let the cilantro cook. Put it on a serving plate.
